Using the Search Function
The Search function will allow you to search the Account Names in the Account
Database and the DLS-1 Identifiers shown in the Account Manager Window, for a word,
phrase, or a number. This function may be used to find, for example, all accounts with
the last name “Smith”.
Select “Search...” from the
Account menu to display the
Search Folders window.

Enter the word or item to be searched in the Search Criteria field.

Select this option to search the currently open folder.

Selecting this option will search for the Search Criteria phrase exactly as
typed. If Case-Sensitive Search is selected, the information in the account
must match the
Search Criteria phrase exactly.
For example, “smith” will not
match with “Smith”.
To begin the search, press ENTER or click “Search”.
A Search Results window will
be displayed. The window will
indicate how many times the
search phrase was found, and
in what Groups and Folders.
Close the Search Results window when finished reviewing the search results.
